Ahmed S. Diab is an Associate Attorney with Green Bryant & French, LLP. Prior to joining the firm in 2009, his legal practice centered on representing doctors in medical malpractice actions, various administrative appeals and their corporate matters. Furthermore, Mr. Diab gained substantial experience in the prosecution of consumer class action lawsuits and judgment enforcement proceedings.
Since his arrival at Green Bryant & French, LLP, Mr. Diab’s practice has expanded to include tort litigation, focusing primarily on Elder Abuse and personal injury cases. The Elder Abuse actions involve litigation against a nursing home, home health care provider, caretaker or fiduciary and typically arise from neglect, intentional misconduct, fraud or breach of fiduciary duty. Mr. Diab’s practice also includes the representation of community associations and timeshare developments in both litigation and transactional matters.
In 2005, Mr. Diab completed his undergraduate education at the University of California at Davis, obtaining his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics with a minor in the History of Modern Europe. He then obtained his Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law in 2008. During law school, Mr. Diab was named to the Dean’s list and received the Dean’s Scholarships for Academic Achievement and Ethnic and Cultural Diversity. He gained membership to the Pro Bono Honors Society through his efforts in assisting victims of torture obtain asylum while interning at Casa Cornelia Law Center. Mr. Diab was also a teacher for the Street Law program designed to teach troubled youth at the high school level about law, democracy and human rights.
Mr. Diab is a member of the California State Bar Association, American Bar Association, San Diego County Bar Association and is admitted to practice before all courts in the State of California.
