Brian D. Moreno is an Associate with Green Bryant & French, LLP. His legal practice encompasses the representation of community associations, qualified resort vacation clubs, and individual homeowners in connection with matters pertaining to homeowner association law, real estate law, collection law, and corporation law.
Mr. Moreno earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication from the University of California, Santa Barbara. While pursuing his undergraduate degree, Mr. Moreno was an active member of Moorpark College’s forensic program, where he won a silver medal in persuasive speaking at a California State Championship, and competed successfully in several other public speaking events.
Mr. Moreno earned his Juris Doctor degree from California Western School of Law. While attending California Western, Mr. Moreno served as a legal intern for the Honorable Maria Arroyo Prokop of the Superior Court of California, County of San Diego, Juvenile Division, where he researched and analyzed various juvenile delinquency issues for several judges. After completing his legal internship, Mr. Moreno researched bankruptcy issues and helped represent creditors while he was employed as a paralegal for McCarthy & Holthus, LLP.
Mr. Moreno was admitted to practice law in California in June of 2003. Mr. Moreno subsequently became licensed to practice law in the State of Arizona in 2004. Mr. Moreno has handled real estate issues and litigation issues relating to conveyance deeds, easements, boundary disputes, deeds of trust, lien priority, title insurance, foreclosure, CC&Rs enforcement and interpretation, assessment collection, and community association governance. Mr. Moreno is a member of the Community Associations Institute, California Legislation Action Committee, and has written several legal articles pertaining to homeowner association law.
Mr. Moreno enjoys spending time with his family and friends. His recreational interests include practicing, playing and watching golf.
