Christopher C. Hurley, Esq.
Christopher C. Hurley is an associate with Green Bryant & French, LLP. He joined the firm in 2006 and practices in the firm’s San Diego office.
Mr. Hurley’s legal practice encompasses every area of the firm’s expertise. His practice includes community association representation, such as CC&R enforcement and interpretation, assessment collection, foreclosure, as well as tort litigation, financial elder abuse, personal injury actions, corporate law and transactional matters.
Mr. Hurley earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio in 2002. In 2006, Mr. Hurley received his J.D. degree from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2006. While studying at University of San Diego, Mr. Hurley’s studies focused on trial litigation, including successful completion of the USD’s Advanced Trial Advocacy program.
Mr. Hurley originally joined Green Bryant & French, LLP in 2005, working as a law clerk while pursuing his Juris Doctor degree. Prior to joining Green Bryant & French, LLP, Mr. Hurley also served as a law clerk in the subrogation unit of an insurance defense firm.
Mr. Hurley is a member of the California State Bar Association, San Diego County Bar Association, and Consumer Attorneys of San Diego, and is admitted to practice before all courts in the State of California and the Federal District Courts for the Southern and Central Districts of California.
