After taking the California Bar Exam, Ashley earned her law degree from Capital University Law School in Ohio, where she was a legal intern in the Capital University Legal Clinic, focusing on transactional issues and estate planning. Ashley has experience as a volunteer for the Legal Aid Clinic of Southeast and Central Ohio.
Before attending law school, Ashley completed her undergraduate studies at Otterbein University, where she earned a Bachelors in Political Science. During this time, Ashley was an intern for an Ohio State Legislature, and began her volunteer work at the Legal Aid Clinic of Southeast and Central Ohio
Having spent her life in Ohio, Ashley made the decision to move to San Diego, bringing her expertise, and Midwestern work ethic to the West Coast.
