Carter E. Watkins is an Associate Attorney with Green, Bryant & French, LLP. His practice emphasizes the representation of community associations, timeshare developments and private clubs in all aspects of the law, including litigation and transactional matters. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Watkins’ practice focused on business financing transactions and business litigation.
Mr. Watkins graduated cum laude from California State Polytechnic University Pomona, obtaining his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance, Real Estate, and Law. While earning his undergraduate degree, Mr. Watkins worked full-time as a corporate representative to a retail chain where he consulted on a variety of business operations including business formation, budgets, inventory management, sales, and marketing.
Mr. Watkins graduated cum laude from California Western School of Law, obtaining his Juris Doctor. While enrolled, Mr. Watkins earned academic achievement awards in Business Organizations, Business Planning, STEPPS I, STEPPS II, and Medical Malpractice Litigation. Mr. Watkins also volunteered with the California Department of Business Oversight’s Enforcement Division and was a participating member with the Business Law Society.
